The Target RedCard is a special credit or debit card from Target that helps you save money and get extra benefits when you shop in stores or online.
When you log in to your account, you can easily manage your card — check recent purchases, make payments, set up alerts, update your contact details, and see your rewards in real time.
It’s very important to keep your login details safe and to know what features and benefits you can use once you’re signed in.
It is possible to make Target Credit Card payment via phone, online or through using the TD Bank mobile app, via post or in the branch. To pay your Target Credit Card bill online login to your account online and select "pay now." Then select the amount to pay, when you'll pay it, and the location the payment will come from.
Sign up for online access to your Target Credit Card account by visiting the enrollment page. Enter your card number and click “Begin Enrollment.” Then, provide your name, card expiration date, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and the 3-digit security code from the back of your card. Click “Next.”
Next, create a username and password for your Target Credit Card account. Your password should be 8–20 characters long and include at least two of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, or special characters.
After creating your account, go to the Target login page and enter your new username and password, then click “Sign In” to access your account.
Once you’re logged in, you can easily manage your Target Red/Credit Card online — view statements, make payments, track activity, and update your account details such as automatic payments or passwords.
If you forget your login information, click “Forgot Username or Password?” on the Target Credit Card login page and follow the steps to reset or recover it.
You can check your Target Credit Card balance online after signing up for online account access.

However, the easiest and most convenient way to manage your account is through online banking. Once you’re logged in, you can view your balance, add authorized users, set up card alerts, choose paperless statements, and schedule or make payments for your Target RedCard transactions.
All Target RedCards offer great benefits, including 5% off every purchase—both online and in stores—and free two-day shipping on most items. Cardholders also get an extra 30 days to return items bought at Target or on Target.com.
However, the extended return benefit does not apply to the following:
Target Optical purchases
Non-returnable items
Contract mobile phones
Online purchases made with SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
Items paid for using both EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) and a RedCard
You can use your Target RedCard anywhere the card network is accepted — whether shopping in-store at Target or online at Target.com. In stores, simply present your physical card or the digital version available in the Target app at checkout. When shopping online, enter your card details at checkout to enjoy exclusive discounts and free two-day shipping on eligible items. For added convenience, you can also access and manage your account through the Target app or the card issuer’s mobile app. Make sure your card is registered and linked to your online account to enjoy the full range of benefits.
The Target Credit Card Agreement governs the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Target Circle™ Card (formerly known as the RedCard). This legally binding document sets forth the rights and obligations of the cardholder and the issuing bank, including but not limited to, interest rates, fees, billing procedures, credit limits, payment terms, and dispute resolution processes.
Cardholders are advised to review the agreement in full prior to the use of the card. The agreement is accessible through the official Target Credit Card website, within the account portal upon login, or upon written request to customer service. By activating or using the card, the cardholder agrees to be bound by the terms outlined in the agreement.
It is the responsibility of the cardholder to remain informed of any amendments or updates to the agreement, which may be made in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
